The TGP (“Tactical Guidance Product”) Data Server is a service that standardizes the retrieval and storage of IMU (“Inertial Measurement Unit”) production data for factory test software. The Data Server also encapsulates the testing sequence for each IMU product variation, the “rules” for how to configure a unit under test, and the procedures to perform on the accumulated test data. For Calibration tests, the accumulated test data is used to construct new coefficient terms to correct IMU output. For ATP (“Acceptance Test Procedure”), the accumulated test data is used to determine the acceptance of an IMU according to specific customer requirements.

EXB completed updates and enhancements to this project to provide capabilities, including:

• Provide production data to the TGP Test Executive of the test station software.
• Provide the current testing state of particular IMUs to the test station software.
• Provide appropriate embedded product software to the test station software to be loaded into the test units.
• Store the test results accumulated by the test station software.
  
• Update the testing state of particular IMUs for the test station software.
• Create corrected coefficient data within the data analysis software.
• Compare summarized test data against acceptable limits to determine each unit’s pass/fail results.
• Generate reports of each unit’s summarized data.
• Determine the product specifications that may be applied to each unit according to its performance as demonstrated by the test data.

EXB also provided the following services:

• Integrated Data Server with the data analysis processing engine.
• Provided integration support for the TGP Test Executive of the station test software.
