PMM and EMM Overview

EXB delivers solutions based on the experience and knowledge documented in our Project Management Methodology (PMM) and Engineering Management Methodology (EMM). These corporate documents specify EXB’s internal business and technical methodologies used to eliminate surprises, reduce risks, and ensure you are always satisfied and receive the most cost effective solutions. They are the foundation for successful completion of your projects.

EXB has also developed other corporate processes, and creates a project specific Project Management Plan (PMP) to provide additional management controls that ensure all projects are completed in a cost effective manner and processes are adapted and tailored to individual project needs and customer process requirements.

Additionally, we understand the importance of knowledge transfer and protecting proprietary information on outsourced projects, and have therefore incorporated these concepts into our process.
