EXB Corporate Process

EXB has an extensive process management system, starting with our Corporate Quality Implementation Plan (CQIP), which outlines all process and emphasizes understanding requirements, strong communications, and customer satisfaction.  Other process documentation includes our Project Management Methodology (PMM), Engineering Management Methodology (EMM), Configuration Management Plan (CMP), and our Administrative Management Plan (AMP). 

EXB delivers solutions based on the experience and knowledge documented in these corporate documents.  The documents specify EXB’s internal business and technical methodologies used to eliminate surprises, reduce risks, and ensure customers are always satisfied and receive the most cost effective solutions.  They are the foundation for successful completion of your projects.

EXB also creates, as appropriate, a project specific Project Management Plan (PMP) to provide additional management controls that ensure all projects are completed in a cost effective manner and processes are adapted and tailored to individual project needs and customer process requirements. 

We understand the importance of knowledge transfer and protecting proprietary information on outsourced projects, and have therefore incorporated these concepts into our process.
